Carbon Unity is a web application that helps carbon project developers assess eligibility and forecast credit volumes across major certification standards. Contact: michael@carbonunity.earth.
Account data. If you create an account, we store your email, name, organisation, role, and any project data you choose to save. This is held in Supabase and protected by row-level security so only you can access your own projects.
Analytics data. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which features are used and where users encounter friction. We collect anonymised page views, button clicks, eligibility/quantification flow progress, time on page, and scroll depth. We do not collect names, emails, project names, or any free-text content you enter into the tools.
Technical data. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referrer) are collected by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention. IPs are anonymised in Google Analytics.
We use the minimum cookies needed to run the site, and analytics cookies only after you've given consent.
_ga and _ga_* cookies if you accept. These let us count unique visitors and measure engagement without identifying you personally.You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time. Edit or delete from your profile page, or email us if you need help. You can change your cookie consent below at any time.
We do not sell your data. Account data is held in Supabase (our database provider). Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics). We do not share analytics or account data with any third party for advertising.
